At the Community Hall near the Bathrakaliamman Temple in Velliangadu Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District, a Mass contact programme was held today (12.08.2026) by the Department of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management.

District Collector Thiru. Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar, I.A.S., distributed Government welfare assistance worth ₹1.66 crore to 98 beneficiaries.
