- Honble minister’s, collector participate programmes and department schemes related news sending to
- Government department advertisements and Tender bulletin are being published in the news papers.
- Corporation, municipality, Town panchayat areas are screening short films about Government Scheme and Projects bringing awareness to the people through our department Hi –Tech LED vehicle.
- Also, free bus Pass are provided to journalists by this department.
- A photo exhibition has been set up in the district collector office premises to illustrate the schemes and achievements of the government.
- A permanent photo exhibition has also been set up to honour the Freedom Fighters of Coimbatore district with their photographs.
- Uzhavar Perunthalaivar Narayanasamy ManiMandapam, V.O.C statue is under the control of this department. On the occasion of the birthday of that leaders, garlands are paid by the government.
