In Coimbatore District, all government liquor shops/bars (FL1), liquor-serving establishments in recreational clubs (FL2), bars in star hotels (FL3), Tamil Nadu Hotel bars (FL3A), bars operated through the Tourism Department (FL3AA), and outlets selling imported foreign liquors (FL11) have been ordered to remain closed on Tuesday, 31.03.2026, on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti (Dry Day).
