TamilNadu Police Museum

The Tamil Nadu Police Museum in Coimbatore is a unique institution preserving the history and achievements of the state’s police force, showcasing artifacts like police uniforms, weapons, investigative tools, and memorabilia, including items seized from Veerappan. Housed in a restored colonial-era building, the museum features exhibits on policing through the ages, forensic science, and bomb disposal, with a notable collection including a T-55 tank, missiles, and a mini-submarine on the grounds. It provides insight into police functioning and aims to inspire youth and serve as a historical record for the public.
