Rescued Child “Aadithiyan” Available for Claim; Claims Can Be Made Within 30 Days

A male child rescued from Arisipalayam, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District, on 13.07.2026 was admitted to Coimbatore Government Medical College Hospital for treatment. Later, the District Child Protection Unit produced the child before the Child Welfare Committee on 29.07.2026, which named him “Aadithiyan.”
Anyone claiming rights over the child can submit valid proof and supporting documents to the District Child Protection Unit, Coimbatore, within 30 days from the date of the notice. If no one comes forward within this period, the child will be considered legally free for adoption under the Adoption Regulations, 2022, and further legal procedures will be initiated.
