Consultative Meeting on Northeast Monsoon Preparedness and Rainwater Harvesting Structures

A consultative meeting on Northeast Monsoon preparedness and rainwater harvesting structures was held on 08.10.2026 at Coimbatore Corporation Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Thiru Pavan Kumar K. Giriappanavar, IAS. The meeting discussed measures to conserve rainwater and improve groundwater levels.
The District Collector also visited an exhibition organised to create awareness about rainwater harvesting among school and college students.
